To apply for a Schengen visa, you’ll need to submit the following documents:
1. Visa Application Form
                  o Fully filled, signed, and dated.
2. Passport
                 o Must be valid for at least 3 months after return.
                 o Issued within the last 10 years.
                 o Must have at least 2 blank pages.
3. Passport-size Photos (2)
                o Recent, with white background (35x45mm size as per embassy guidelines).
4. Flight Reservation (Round trip)
                o No need to purchase tickets—just a booking is fine.
5. Hotel Booking / Proof of Accommodation
               o Confirmed reservation or invitation letter (if staying with someone).
6. Travel Insurance
               o Minimum coverage of €30,000.
               o Valid for entire Schengen area and entire duration of your stay.
7. Cover Letter
                o Explaining the purpose of your travel, duration of stay, itinerary, and more.
8. Proof of Financial Means
                 o Last 3 to 6 months’ bank statements.
                 o Salary slips / Tax returns (if employed).
                 o Sponsorship letter with sponsor’s financial documents (if applicable).
9. Employment or Study Proof
                 o Employed: NOC, job letter, and salary slips.
                 o Self-employed: Business registration, license, tax documents.
                 o Student: School/college letter, NOC, and ID card.
                 o Retired: Pension documents or proof of income.
10. Visa Fee Payment Proof
                o Visa fee: usually around €80 (paid via bank transfer or at the visa center).
