Itinerary

Day 1

Airport Pick-Up and Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina

Following a meet and greet at the airport, your driver will transfer you to your accommodation in Dubai right in time for check-in. Settle into your room and unwind, but keep your evening free for a leisurely dinner cruise at Dubai Marina that lasts about 90 minutes.

Day 2

Dubai City Tour and Desert Safari

Feel Dubai’s urban vibrancy and unspoiled desert beauty this day. The first part of the day is dedicated to a guided tour of the city that introduces you to its main attractions, traditional quarters, etc., while the second part embarks you on a desert safari with the most thrilling experiences, including a dune bash, camel ride, BBQ dining, and traditional shows.

Day 3

Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and Dubai Frame

Visit one of Downtown Dubai’s main attractions, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, with over 33,000 underwater animals and reptiles, including a giant King Crocs weighing a whopping 750 kilograms. Before the day ends, you will also tour the Dubai Frame, which is identifiable for its remarkable picture-frame-like architecture. Day 4

See the majestic, all-white Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, with a capacity for 40,000 worshippers, visit the Heritage Village, and drive through the Date Market, Emirates Palace Hotel, and Abu Dhabi Corniche. It also includes admission tickets to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, allowing you to experience the speed and thrill of a lifetime at the world’s first Ferrari-inspired theme park.

Day 5

IMG Worlds of Adventure

Prepare for the most exhilarating experiences as you step into one of the world’s largest indoor theme parks, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and explore its five themed zones: Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley, Haunted Hotel, and IMG Boulevard.

Day 6

Museum of the Future

Today, you will delve into Dubai’s future at this aptly named museum, leaving you in awe with its jaw-dropping architecture (resembling a ring) and avant-garde exhibits that you will see nowhere else.

Day 7

Departure

This package will comes with 30 days Dubai tourist Visa included. You will have to provide the documents required to process the VISA. Our agent will get in touch you post booking to initiate the Visa process.

  • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.

  • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
  • The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
  • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
  • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
  • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions,’ Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
  • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
  • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
  • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
  • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
  • No refund for partly utilized services.
  • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
  • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy

• • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

• • • Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
    • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
    • Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
    • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
    • Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
    • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
    • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

• • The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
  • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
  • Any visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

  • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
  • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.
