- Singapore River Cruise is currently operating at Clarke Quay Jetty only. All other jetties will be closed until further notice.
- Please report at the venue 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
- For transfers, kindly ensure that you provide exact details at the time of your booking such as the hotel address.
- If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a no show and there will be no rescheduling or refund for it.
- This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
- The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time
- Pregnant women are not recommended for the Tour.

- Due to the National Day Parade rehearsals, there will be water closure at Marina Bay from 5.30pm to 9pm every Saturday leading up to National Day (24 June & 1/8/15/22/29 July). On National Day (8 Aug), the water closure will be from 5.30pm to 10pm.
